This is a one-off license fee and there are no limits on the amount of times you can use this session plan within your RTO, no annual or ongoing fees, and no limit on student numbers.
We provide all documents to you in Microsoft Word format, so you can easily customise them as required. You are free to rebrand and reproduce these within your registered training organisation (RTO). Our learner and assessment resources can be used for an unlimited number of students within your RTO. Don’t forget about our QUALITY ASSURANCE GUARANTEE!
RTOs purchase a license for their RTO only and are not permitted to share the documents with any other entity. Purchasers are asked to agree to a license agreement to this effect prior to purchase.

Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
