The learner guides have been aligned to learner cohorts, industry needs and ACSF indicated levels. In order to achieve this, we have conducted:

We provide all documents to you in Microsoft Word format, so you can easily customise them as required. You are free to rebrand and reproduce these within your registered training organisation (RTO). Learner Guide
The learner guide meets training package criteria and is developed in a logical order. Formative assessments within the learner guide help VET trainers and teachers identify concepts that students are struggling to understand, skills they are having difficulty acquiring, or learning standards they have not yet achieved. The trainers/teachers can then adjust lessons/sessions, instructional techniques, and academic support accordingly.

Before shipping We will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
