The unit knowledge guide is a tool that can be used to help a student extend their learning. It can be effective when students begin to prepare for a summative assessment.
Please note: This is not a learner guide. The unit knowledge guide contains information for students to read additional information related to their units of competency or course and as additional support to the learner guide. We provide a comprehensive learner guide as a separate document.
We provide all documents to you in Microsoft Office format, so you can easily customise them as required. You are free to rebrand and reproduce these within your registered training organisation (RTO). Our learner and assessment resources can be used for an unlimited number of students within your RTO.

RTOs purchase a license for their RTO only and are not permitted to share the documents with any other entity. Purchasers are asked to agree to a license agreement to this effect prior to purchase.

Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
